False: A black hole was discovered by Modi's Mission Shakti.

The official website of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and a press release by the Ministry of Home Affairs refutes the claim.The Frequently Asked Questions on the website of the Ministry of External Affairs states that Mission Shakti is an anti-satellite missile test. It was a technological mission carried out by the DRDO. There is no mention by the DRDO or any other government agency related to Mission Shakti about discovering a black hole. This mission is described as a defence mission by the Indian MEA and discovering a black hole is an entirely different subject related to astrophysics and space science.
