The video is actually of a SWAT raid in Evansville, Indiana originally posted in 2014 on YouTube. Oprah Winfrey tweeted about the rumour and said that they are fake. Winfrey said that she became aware of the rumours after receiving a phone call about it while she had been following sanitization and self-distancing.
