On conducting a reverse image search, it was found that the video in question was uploaded on YouTube by Steveway1988 on January 30, 2011, almost a decade before the coronavirus outbreak. According to the description of the video, it was taken during the time of a special sale at the ALDI mall in the German city of Kiel, where people have gathered in hundreds. The video has no relation to the coronavirus.
