False: The Central government will provide financial assistance of Rs 2000 to all girls under PM Kanya Ashirwad Yojana 2020.

The Government of India has not implemented any scheme called PM Kanya Ashirwad Yojana 2020 currently.The circulation of the viral post on various social media platforms had claimed that the government had launched a new scheme for all girls called PM Kanya Ashirwad Yojana 2020. The post had declared that the plan was implemented to provide financial support for all the girls, by depositing 2000 rupees to their bank accounts. However, this scheme is fake, and the Government of India has not launched any such yojana. The yojana is not mentioned in any of the government websites as one of their schemes. There are many schemes like Beti Bacho Beti Padhao and Balika Samriddhi Yojana operated by the central government for the development of girls in the country but, PM Kanya Ashirwad Yojana 2020 has not been launched by any of the state governments or the central government.
