Delhi Public School clarified that the viral social media post claiming that the institution is selling face masks to its students is fake.An image of a face mask with the name and logo of Delhi Public School Society has gone viral with the claim that the school is selling face masks to its students for Rs 400 each piece, and students must purchase them amid the COVID-19 crisis. Various branches of Delhi Public School issued statements completely disassociating themselves with the image of the face mask. Mansur Ali Khan, a board member of Delhi Public School Society, had sent a message to all the parents stating that the school was not associated with this act. The institution has also cautioned parents to refrain from falling prey to such anti-social elements in such adverse circumstances.
