Only individuals aged 21 or above are applicable to receive the complimentary joint. The joint distribution to the individual cannot be postponed or delayed; it must be provided at the point of vaccination only. The Washington Post has reported that experts have discovered that due to "hesitancy, access or logistical challenges for the population left unvaccinated," it will be hard to get everyone vaccinated and a decrease in the demand for the vaccine is to be expected.
