Nabeela Khan
Senior Fact-Checker (Health)
Nabeela is a health journalist interested in understanding the history of public health. In a decade-long career, Nabeela has worked with various international organizations, including BBC Monitoring. Between 2015 and 2021, Nabeela worked as a senior health journalist and fact-check lead at DataLeads and helped build their health fact-checking arm, FirstCheck. In 2021, she worked closely with the at-risk HIV community during her association with the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative. Nabeela has also co-authored a book chapter in a volume on media policy pedagogy during her time at the Centre for Culture Media and Governance.
