Priyanka is an Assistant Editor based in New Delhi. She was a correspondent for The Indian Express before doing her masters from Jamia Millia Islamia. She has worked with the Hindustan Times and researched policy and social welfare issues for a former parliamentarian. She won the UNFPA Laadli Award in 2023 for her story on women’s access to healthcare. She is interested in issues focusing on gender and caste and wants to be an expert in data-based reporting. She is also a ghazal and Sufi music enthusiast and wants to spend more time traveling.
