A video has been heavily edited to claim President Joe Biden is a pedophile.

Context
In a recent segment on U.S. news show 60 Minutes, Georgia representative Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed that President Joe Biden and the U.S. Democratic Party were a party of pedophiles because they support “children being sexualized and having transgender surgeries; sexualizing children is what pedophiles do to children." She later posted a video on Twitter repeating her claims and focusing on Biden. The video calls Biden "the predator president" and includes out-of-context quotes and video footage attempting to portray Biden as a pedophile.

However, the claim is false as the video has been heavily edited. Importantly, Biden has never been charged with any accusations relating to pedophilia. The video is a montage of footage and quotes taken out of context, then compiled with false accusations, sinister music, and visuals. The video also includes footage from a Tucker Carlson segment, "The Diary from hell," and accuses Biden of abusing his daughter. However, Snopes states the claims are unverified, with the diary unable to be authenticated. Biden's daughter, Ashley Biden's diary was stolen in 2020 and ended up at Project Veritas, a conservative group known to spread disinformation. Two Florida residents pleaded guilty to conspiracy to traffic stolen goods in August 2022 as a result of stealing the diary.
It is not the first time Marjorie Taylor Green has made such claims, which extend her long-running spread of QAnon propaganda. Biden has been called a pedophile numerous times on social media, as reported by PolitiFact in 2020, which found no evidence to implicate Biden in any sexual misconduct involving children. Logically has also previously debunked claims that Biden is a pedophile.
The claim that the entire Democratic Party is full of pedophiles is also unfounded. Greene is equating pedophilia with support for transgender health care and echoing QAnon propaganda, despite claiming that she is attempting to break away from the conspiracy theory.
The Verdict
Since the footage is heavily edited and taken out of context, and there is no evidence that President Biden or the Democrats are Pedophiles, we have marked this claim as false.
